Thank you for supporting our small-batch, handcrafted products. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we strive to deliver quality in every piece. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations are normal and part of what makes each item unique.
Returns
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@remisnaturals.com with the following information:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
● Custom or personalized items
● Items marked as final sale
● Products returned without prior contact or approval
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If your package is lost or delayed, we will do our best to assist you, but refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
